Feel free to add your floral photo to the comments. This way we can all enjoy everyone’s flowers.
I have a special treat. Beth sent me a flower photo to day with a bees on it. So I thought I would show off her photo and add a dahlia with a bee too for the flower of the day. So you get two photos today.

Love when I can capture a bee in action. Beautiful shots! My flower post today: https://leannscaptures.wordpress.com/2017/09/12/square-in-september-cactus-bloom/

Great shots with the bees! It’s not easy to photograph bees, because they are so busy! Here is my entry, which is a longer post this time, about dahlias: https://wordpress.com/post/amoralegria.com/103659

Love the bees on the flowers! They are difficult to photograph, at least for me, because they are zooming around so much! 🙂

Definitely a thistle, Cee. And, are you tired of hibiscus yet? Mother nature just keeps making them and I keep shooting them: https://judydykstrabrown.com/2017/09/12/another-shower-another-hibiscus-flower-of-the-day-sep-12-2017/

Thistles are usually such an ugly plant, but this photo gives it a different flavor. I always want to make photos of bees and hummingbirds on flowers, but they seem to sense me and buzz away.

Welcome back Joe. I will only take bees if they are still. If they are moving, you will see me move away quickly. 😀

Agreed Cee. Three years ago I stirred a nest of Black Hornets and three hours later I was in the urgent Care getting an expensive shot.

I did that when I was six. Ended up with 50 visible bee stings and countless more in my hair/head. I got real sick and had to get a shot too. 😀 😀

I only got “popped” three time, thank God. If it had been more I might not be writing this.

Yikes!! I think I’ve only been stung once – no, twice, by the same bee up my shirt sleeve – in my life!

I’ve had more stings than I need for a few lifetimes. 😀 😀

I like the bees. They remind me to be humble because they scare me even though they are little and bumble rhymes with humble.
