  1. It is just amazing to me that a flower would evolve into this mixture of colors. Beauty is such an integral part of nature but it wouldn’t require this amount of originality and color to attract a bee. Something in the universe thrives on beauty. I think only man strives to destroy it. Gorgeous photo,Cee.

      • Unfortunately, there are too many who do so. If you’ve been to the beach lately, you would see it..or along waterways all over the world. We are choking on plastic. It was already becoming a problem in Bali 45 years ago with flipflops and plastic bags floating down from the rice paddies and through the towns to the ocean. Fishermen used the flipflops to hold up their nets and you would see strings of them floating for miles out to sea..This was 45 years ago. Now their beaches are covered with plastic from all over the world. It is tragic.
