I like the pink and green houses with the reflection! I had almost forgotten that I had prepared my post a few weeks ago before you said you were taking a break. Then the break came and all your news completely obliterated any thoughts about posting. But I’m glad you’re back. In your home and in wordpress. 🙂

Welcome back. Hope that the air has cleared up where you are. We had a lot of smoke in the Bay Area but we’re back to blue skies. Your selection of colorful buildings is wonderful, particularly the first one with the building on piers (?), Once again my images are homegrown from the Bay Area. To view please follow the link.

Yes, I am back home again and doing well. The skies are fairly clear. One day it wasn’t, but not nearly as bad as when we left. 😀

Welcome back Cee. I love that first photo with the peach and green houses. Is that a resort or an air bnb? Here is mine for this week. https://mywanderings.travel.blog/2020/09/23/a-world-of-colour/

They are actually private floating houses/residences. We have a lot of them here.

Cee, you know me by now … that I think that our world can’t get enough of colour. Because colour also brings joy. And that is what your gallery has done to my morning. Thank you so much. I would mind at all to live in either the green or pink house.

It feels good to be back to normal. I also ended up getting a new computer. I ordered it before I left. It’s a long story, but we had to have FedEx hold it and track it while I was gone. Computer is now up and running and our home is safe and we are safe, so all is AOK.

Truth be told we don’t have any colorful fun building in our city with the exception of the Catholic Charity buildings. They might be colorful, but they have become so run down on the outside. I tried to even think out of the box on this one. I guess this week this will be one I will be passing on. Kind of weird we don’t have more color in our city.

I just love the way you use color! Such feel-good shots. Today I combined two challenges, I hope that was OK. To me the colors in Imperial Beijing are so wonderful, I had to travel back there (in my memories) – https://maximizingluxurytravel.com/2020/09/28/lens-artists-photo-challenge-116-colorful-symmetry-in-china/
