This week our topic is Vanishing Point.

Be creative if you feel like it, and fun with this challenge this week. Remember your photos needs to be black and white, desaturated, sepia (brown tones) or selective color. I’m looking forward to seeing what you all come up.
Please note that I have started a series of Tips from Cee page. I posted several tips for black and white you may want to check out.
Feel free to take new photos or dig through your archives. The main object of this challenge is to have fun
Featured Bloggers
I had a marvelous response from all of you on last week’s Fire Prevention topic. I want to say thank you to each of you for participating and sharing your photos. Here are the featured bloggers for this week. Their posts really grabbed my attention. They are all worthy of a second or third look.

Great use of selective colouring in the first shot, Cee. And the midia strip really enhances the vanishing point.

The first one reminds me of roads here in Tasmania especially out on the west coast which coincidentally is where my photos this week are from.

There are a lot of photos I see of Tasmania which look a lot like where I live in Oregon. It’s almost like they are sister areas. 😀

Hi Cee
I like your lead photo of the highway ribbon and then the third and fifth images the best. They all clearly draw the viewer’s eye out to a far point on the horizon. Excellent examples of a vanishing point in perspective.
I have taken some liberty with your topic – there is a vanishing beyond the point in my photos but not what you’re expecting. Forgive me please?
