So pretty! Went to our public garden this morning. Still looking mostly dormant. Daffodils are popping up, but no tulips. Hoping the warm and very dry winter weather hasn’t affected them.

Our tulips only the red ones are open at the tulip farm. I just checked on line. I won’t be going there this year. They’ve out priced themselves. 😀

Beth and I used to have two rows of tulips in our side yard. We alternated both red and yellow tulips 🌷along with crocus, grape hyacinths, and daffodils. Then behind them all, we planted some beautiful wild cosmos seeds from Yellowstone. It was so pretty. I love the way you caught the details of the leaves, including the striping that happens on some of them. As always, you did very well Cee.

These were tulips I got from Wooden Shoe a few year ago. Tulips usually don’t do well here because we don’t get cold enough. The tulip farm actually cool their bulbs before planting. Your garden sounds like it was lovely. 😀 😀
