Welcome to my Flower of the Day Challenge (FOTD).  During the winter months, please feel free to use your archives and find some old favorite photos.

Please feel free to post every day or when you you feel like it.  Don’t forget that my FOTD challenge accepts gardens, leaves and berries as well as flowers.

  10. Sorry to say, Cee I caught you another bee. Without bees, our ecosystem would shut down though. So I proudly present my cherry blossoms in CA. The tree didn’t make it even with loving care and bees. I’m also including a fragrant rose and there are some dahlias for you as well.   35. I love the way the sun is hitting the flower while the petals still are covered with dew drops. Great picture Cee. Cover your flowers, I see you are getting frost tonight!

    • We didn’t even come close to freezing. Lows overnight were in the 40s. Frost warnings are usually for people over 500 in elevation. We are only 50.
