I wasn’t sure whether my Lui / Louie qualified as an item but then I saw your bridge and hey! he’s fine. I like your bridge disappearing in the fog. And the boy waiting a LONG time ’till the LONG train has past … The selective colouring for his t-shirt works well. I wondered though, why you left some of the grass orange?

I went back and forth on whether to leave the little bit of orange grass in. I took it all out, and it made his shirt show up too much, so I put it back in. And I love our Lui/Louie 😀 😀

Thanks for the explanation. Because I often have that problem when I take the colour out automatically it might show up in a different part of the photo. If I put the threshold to low, the pertinent part has black splotshes in it. So I was just wondering.

Okay. I set mine up before I looked at your photographs. I’m glad I waited because we had (sort of) similar ideas. I’m always afraid to look at anyone else’s entries because they influence what I choose.
Hallways and bridges are long. Too bad we can’t photograph time.

An archeological dig or cliff dwellings maybe an idea for age 😀

True. But does it show time? Maybe a long timed repetitive shot of a clock in gear — or the stars moving in the sky?

Thanks for some ideas Cee. My selective colour also took on the browns in the grass. I should have played around more I guess 🙂
