This week my black and white challenge topic is Clouds. I hope you have FUN with this challenge.
If you are a fan of Hammad Rais – Weekend Sky challenge, you can put your entry in his challenge as well.

Be creative if you feel like it, and have fun with this challenge this week. Remember your photos needs to be black and white, desaturated, sepia (brown tones) or selective color. I’m looking forward to seeing what you all come up.
Please note that I have a series of Tips from Cee page. I posted several tips for black and white you may want to check out.
Feel free to take new photos or dig through your archives. The main object of this challenge is to have fun.

I love your gallery of clouds. The clouds building up behind the car on the street are very ominous.

Those are some pretty dramatic cloud formations Cee. Here are mine. Sometimes bad weather can be a good thing.

I love the way clouds look in black & white. Unless they are part of a sunset, I think they are absolutely smashing. The clouds over the house and behind the car are most particularly interesting.

These all look fantastic in B&W. I really like the silhouette of the tree, too.

Wow, those are spectacular. What a week to be accenting clouds! Can you believe all those tornadoes? I remember once or twice in my childhood when we had to go to the basement, but never anything that touched down.

I’ve lived in tornado alley long enough. I’ll take my gentle Oregon weather. We’ve only 1 or 2 very small tornadoes since I’ve been out here. And our hail is so tiny too. That is compared to Colorado. 😀

How true! CO hail is like full grown rocks! Maybe they gather stones as they come down from the mountains! LOL There was a tornado in Los Angeles of all places. 🙂
