  1. Hope you feel better soon! Here it has just begun with pollen both local and blown in from Europe. Higher levels than most years too.

  2. I feel you. I always hear radio ads for Navage but I’m hesitant to spend $100 for a product that may not work for me. People with a deviated septum will not get the full benefit.

I tried injections directly into my sinus membranes — what torture! — on the doctor’s recommendation that the treatment works for 99% of patients. Well, slap me silly, but I was the 1% that got no relief. So I continue to suffer.

Sometimes, I’ll smear Vicks all over my face, throat, and chest but it rubs off on everything including my food. You haven’t lived until you’ve eaten a peanut butter sandwich that tastes like VapoRub!

I’ve been preparing a few challenges in advance since I will be very busy next week but I liked the topics. I keep them for now and if one or two won’t happen I have to slip them in with different challenges 😉

  5. I’ve been off the WordPress grid, when did followers change to subscribed, or am I having a senior moment? The pollen was worse than ever this year in Florida, but April has brought some relief. Claudia

  6. Wow do I understand! Our cars are covered in green dust — all pollen. Rest. If you can get to the ocean, you can usually breathe better — no pollen by the shore.
