For this week’s challenge, you can post any type of road, path, step, bridge or sign. As always, I hope you have fun.
Please make sure your which way is the main object of your photo. Thanks.
This challenge subject is all about capturing the roads, walks, trails, rails, we move from one place to another on. Any photo where we can walk on them, climb them, drive them, ride them. Also allowed is any bridge angle and signs of all sorts are always welcome. All you need have is the “way” visible and the main focus of your photo.
For more information, please check out my CWWC Home page.
My entry for this week
I used a mini topic of red in your photo for my post. You don’t have to follow my example, you are free to post any type of way you want.

I like the pattern of those paving stones and they are even better shining from the rain. Mine have an ANZAC theme.

Interesting photos. What does Ne mean, at the beginning of the road signs?
LikeLike
NE means North East. Many US streets have compass points as part of the name, S Main would be south Main, etc. Possibly because there are two streets with the same name or a very long street that is broken up for easier location and mail delivery. or often because the streets are perpendicular to a major thoroughfare and the directions gives an indication of where in a city it is located.

Thanks for responding to Karen, Marie. You probably answered much more thoroughly than I would have 😀

I lived in Seattle for a number of years and you can’t find your way around unless you understand the cardinal directions in the street names. 😀😀

I drove once in Seattle and that was enough for me. If we ever go again, it will be my train and then uber. :D

That first one looks slippery!

That wasn’t too slippery. The walks you have to watch out for are those with moss on them. They can be dangerous 😀

The Hollywood district is on my list of places to visit. But it looks like rain for a few days.

I am so grateful for the rain. Allergies have been super bad the past few weeks, this rain should drop the pollen levels. :D
