I thought I would give The Run*a*Round Ranch Report’s Good Fences #114 challenge about fences a try this week. I took this photo a Mollala State Park here in Canby, Oregon.

What a great capture. Love it!
It reminds me of the old fences in Virginia, Tennessee and Kentucky.

This was taken in the park I drove through in Canby. 😀

Some fences are unique while others are made of what is available. Here is my fence photo.

Love the way it bends and dips. What a lovely difference from a vinyl “perfect” fence.

No kidding. I do like the dips and bends. 😀

Don’t you love that fence? So organic, following the curves and dips of the earth.

Number 114. It is a very strong looking, durable, last a long time fence the way it looks to me. Good fences possibly mean the most when they stand between the grain farmer raising corn and the beef farmer with a herd of hungry animals standing by the fence looking at the other guys cornfield.
