Great shots! Sad that they are left to slowly fade away, but magical how the nature claimes everything back.

If left alone, nature will take it back over. 😀

Wonderful first barn Cee, and your delapidation shots are excellent. I’ve gone for a spot of dilapidation too – https://travelwithintent.com/2018/05/15/signs-of-age-in-stone-town/

Your first too barns are lovely, but not dilapidated. Around here, we would say those are in tip-top condition aside from maybe needed some paint! the bottom too, you got me there. They are definitely in need of serious care.

Oh yeah, the last two need a lot of help. 😀

hi Cee! beautiful captures. They convey the decadence and dilapidation of those buildings. I couldn’t find barns in my vicinity but I knew about and old dilapidated building. I think though that there is hope for this one, because they told me that there is an investor interested in a rebuilding project https://lifeisgreat0.blog/2018/05/15/cees-fun-foto-challenge-dilapidated-buildings/

The vine on the barn looks like the autumn clematis vine I have growing around my garden. So pretty!

That first barn barely looks like a barn in the typical sense! I don’t have any barns at the moment but I do have some dilapidated buildings! https://ceenphotography.com/2018/05/15/cees-fun-foto-challenge-barns-or-any-dilapidated-buildings/

The barn is beautiful. Where is it and how old is it. I really like this photo.

The first barn (big red one) is a classic American barn. I took that photo in Idaho Falls, Idaho. I have no clue how old it is. Could be close to a 100 years though but more realistically 60-70 years.

Fantastic pictures this week. I love them all, but my favorites are the 2nd and 4th. Not sure why ruin and decay inspires me, but it does.
