Can you recommend a special lens for close-ups with a phone camera? I love the leaf and raindrops.

I’m sorry I can’t help you out. I really don’t know anything about phones and their lenses. The biggest thing I find with phones is I can’t hold them as steady as my camera. Maybe if you get the little tripods or something. I know there is a lot available for phones, I simply don’t know much about them.

My vote goes to the rusted cable so once I stab my finger with a frayed piece, I can update my tetanus shot 🙂

Shhhh 😀 😀 I’ve not had to get a tetanus in decades. 😀

They are all beautiful, Cee, but I like the leaf best … and I am looking forward to your picture-inspired challenge soon. That sounds really intriguing and it should be very interesting what all the others take away from it, which aspect they chose to follow.

Diagonal lines are brilliant for composition. And I love your choices Cee. I tend to think of bold lines, but you have brought in some very subtle diagonals that work so well. I love your 2 leaf shots

I felt diagonals could be harder for some people, so I tried to find things most people can capture or think of. Now your photo is a WOWZA and definitely bold. 😀

At one time many years ago I used to stay up all night doing lines, now I photograph them. Much less expensive and no hangover at all. https://photographyocd.com/2018/06/26/crossing-the-line/

LOL I agree much less expensive this way. 😀 😀 Plus you can turn anything into a diagonal and that could play some tricky things in your head ….

Lovely diagonal lines Cee. I did my wander today and came up with some vertical lines but used some photos taken in Sydney last week. https://irenewaters19.com/2018/06/27/travelling-over-the-anzac-bridge-sydney-diagonal-lines-cees-fun-foto-challenge/ I may not be able to resist posting another.

Firstly, Thank you so much for visiting my blog. I find yours fascinating and fun. I’m confined to the bed for the most part and just got Home from a nine-month stay in the hospital So I don’t get out much. But I snapped some photos when the transport drivers took me to doctors appointments while I spent two months In a rehab facility. The problem is I’m not sure how to send a photo. Can you help me out? Thanks!

Hi Nancy, participating in challenges are actually quite easy.
Create a post for the challenge your want to participate in. Then add a link (your URL) to your blog in my comment box. For example here is the link to this post. https://ceenphotography.com/2018/07/10/cees-fun-foto-challenge-wk-1-photo/
That is the easiest way.
You may want to follow my blog, if you aren’t already doing so, and you will know what challenges are currently running.
