The topic for this week is winter. Depending on where you live, winter can appear quite different from others. Remember not all of us live close enough to either the North or South Pole to have tremendous snow. Some winters even have flowers. So show your typical winter scenes.
Feel free to use your photo archives and see what photos you have that fits the current week’s challenge, or even better yet grab you camera and take a new photo! ENJOY and have FUN.

My entry for the week
In Oregon where I live we only get about an inch of snow a year. So our usual winter scene is gray clouds, rain, wind and an occasional sunny day.
Photo taken about a mile from my house of a bridge for trains. I got to admit I love that we stay green in Oregon during the winter.
Frozen rhododendron bush in my backyard.
Moonscape from my front yard.
A typical snow for where I live. We get it maybe once or twice a year.
I’ve put together a list of challenges and their hosts. So if you know a challenge host, please direct them to my blog. Feel free to contact me anytime. I hope everyone will be able to use my lists.
Qi (energy) hugs,
Cee
Nice photos, Cee 🙂
I like the snow’s beauty, just not the cold.
We have had snow here in Spain, where I lived in the first years more close to France, but not that much either.

It’s the cold I can’t stand anymore, Although snow can be extremely beautiful. 😀

We had an early year for cold weather. Not a lot of skiing here, but it probably opened on time 😀

Okay, now that is unusual. We’ve not had snow but we’ve been cooler than normal. 😀

Okay, cooler … than normal and no snow – that is also unusual. Here it’s only wet … and dark. But it’s not too late yet. *smile

Beautiful photographs, Cee. Lovely to look at snow, frozen tree but how one survives I can’t understand because never faced it.

Tropical trees won’t survive a freeze, but there are plenty of varieties that thrill on freezing. 😀

Looks like your weather might be kind of like ours. Most of the time our snow is tolerable. I love your moon photo!! Here is mine for the week:

On our weather report yesterday, I saw that they were reporting snow in your area. I know that you don’t get much snow, but are famous for rain. This year WE haven’t gotten much snow, but lots of rain. Gads, have we swapped weather? All your pictures are absolutely gorgeous and the shot with the moon is amazing!
I am having trouble getting your posts. Sometimes they show up, other times, I have to hunt them down. At least I can find you my reader 🙂

We only had maybe an inch of snow where I live. It’s all gone now, The rain we got yesterday washed all the snow away. 😀
