This week’s Cee’s Black and White Photo Challenge (CB&W) topic is Starts with the Letters B or W. I decided to literally use the letters of black “B” and white “W” for this week’s topic. So the main focus of your photo must start with the letter B or W. And yes if you are lucky you can have B and W in the same photo. Like the one to the right with a boy and water. The just need to black and white, sepia or you can use selective color. It’s another week you can be creative and have some fun.

This challenge accepts the following types of photography:
- Black and white photography
- Sepia tones (browns)
- Selective color with the majority of the photo being in black and white
Hopefully you will have a lot of fun with this challenge and find your creative eye will be expanded. Here are a couple tips and tricks posts I have done specifically for black and white photography.

The photo of the water fountain and the photo of the water bottle are great! I love the way you come up with ideas for photographing a very simple object such as a water bottle and make it look extraordinary.

bottle of water is so… I don’t know what to say 🙂 but it really captures my attention.
I intended to be bilingual (one image in English and one in my mother tongue, Croatian), BUT I found one that covers both languages with letter B. 🙂

Very clever! Love the water fountain and the barista. Actually, I love everything and I’m finding it easier to make black and white and other monochrome images that I don’t feel I need to cringe over. Thank you again. I seem to be thanking you a lot, but who better deserves it? No one, I think 😀

Oh my goodness, am I dense sometimes. I read through your upcoming themes last week and I wondered why specifically the letters B or W. Black. White – Duh! I worry about me sometimes! Your photos of the boys are so cute!
