Chris took this photo of me many years ago at Lassen Volcano. We were near sulfur pots.
This is our last week of a new series that I am calling a Habits and the 5 Senses.
This week’s topic is the sense of smell. This week is all about things you smell. The smell can delight you like your favorite spice or the smell could just be distinctive like a stunk and not so pleasing. Be creative and have fun. Feel free to dig around in your archives for photos if you don’t have anything new you can photograph. Most of all I hope you have fun.
Featured Bloggers
I had a marvelous response from all of you on last week’s color are Sense of Taste. I want to say thank you to each of you. Here are the featured bloggers for this week. Their posts really grabbed my attention. They are all worthy of a second or third look.

I especially thought they were humorous because our contractor just picked up the one they had here for two months. Needless to say it was the point of many jokes.

I can definitely smell the ocean and chili and rain! I thought about the ocean and rain today, because I live near the beach and we’ve been having some inclement weather.
This is my entry… I’m not certain what the last flower photo is, but I took it at Epcot in “Africa”. It was very “scentuous”. 🙂
